Last year every time I was reprimanded it was because I took one for the team. When I spoke up about being held accountable for someone else's actions I was accused of "tattling." I mind my business and do my job, but when I get dragged into someone else's messy affairs I am going to speak up for myself. Outside of one of us leaving - myself, toxic teammate, or the ineffective boss - I don't see the situation improving. Both of us are looking for new jobs since ineffective boss likely will be there longer. [/quote]
