OP you need to relax a bit. Worrying constantly about the number of follicles or the size of each one is not going to help with the process. This is your first cycle, and they have not given you a reason not to trust them. Also, I feel that you prob. need to go to a center that you trust, and not SGF as your questioning this and that as it relates to monitoring shows that you don't trust them ultimately to do right by you.
