UMD is still pretty low on OOS and still has a relatively high admit rate compared to UVA and Michigan (comparable to Wisconsin though?) so yes. DC is at Michigan and even with low admit rates DC says there is a noticeable difference between instate and OOS (not for everyone of course but on balance). The OOS pool is 40-50% though. [/quote]
