[/quote] So if someone’s DH drives for Uber and gets killled in an accident, should we tell his widow he knew what he signed up for? Car accidents are so common. If someone’s toddler shoots himself or his sibling, should we tell the grieving parents they knew what they signed up for at the funeral? We all know the stats on gun deaths. Should we tell all the blue lives matter people to stop wasting their time because the officers knew what they’re signing up for? Just because a person takes a risk doesn’t mean we have to say every true thought that pops into our heads when comforting the grieving family members left behind when the odds don’t work out for them. There’s a time and a place, and that time and place is most definitely not when the grieving pregnant widow is on her way to collect her husband’s remains. [/quote]
