Things evolve, transit ridership is down across the country because of the changing work schedule. How many of you had parents that worked from home or knew a parent that worked from home? How many of you work from home or know someone who does? The ridership will not recover, it has been declining for the past 3 years and has nothing to do with the woes metro has because the other jurisdictions don't have the problems metro has.
