My dad offered to take me to DH's college for a weekend when I was in high school still. I was so surprised (I had never asked or even thought about going) and so grateful. A lot of our close friends are friends from college and we still share stories about that weekend!
I have no regrets and I don't feel like I missed out by meeting my husband so young. I do love hearing friends share their dating stories because I never had that experience. [/quote]
