I think 10:30 is probably the earliest my kids went to bed in middle school. In HS, 11 or 11:30 is a good night - he needs downtime before homework and has after school practice/rehearsal 3 times a week. My kids never had an 8 o'clock bed time at any age. Ready to hear from all the parents who tuck their 14 year olds in at 7:45 when most people are eating dinner. [/quote]
