[/quote] Thats not entirely correct. Child support is generally modifiable except for a few situations that are not applicable here. Alimony is sometimes modifiable and sometimes not. Yes, you can recalculate at any time. Most states have online calculators. If his income goes down, the same thing happens.[/quote][/quote]
