In attitude, I would generally agree with you, but given that the street is designated a minor arterial (as opposed to CT and WI are are arterials) and given that there are hundreds of single family homes that line the street, how do you propose "upgrading" the street?

And, why should DC residents give up their quality of life so Maryland Commuters can have an easier time of it for a couple of hours a day?[/quote]
