[/quote] Not just FEMA but many other agencies as well, such as EPA which is already spread thin due to being in the midst of a massive personnel reduction and budget cut just as Harvey cut its way right through the midst of America's biggest concentration of heavily toxic petrochemical plants and refineries. Texas just put out a request for 1500 EPA staff to come help with the environmental disaster, when Scott Pruitt just showed hundreds of EPA staff the door. And NO acknowledgement of this from anyone in the Trump administration. What a disaster indeed.[/quote]
