Oh, wait, this must be one of those things that the Administration can't agree on, and one side of his administration says one thing, and a different part of the administration says something completely different.  This has been happening so much in this f'd up adminsitration. Can't get their stories straight and can't work together.[/quote]

It's not a leak.

It does seem like the WH is saying two different things.  They want to keep DACA and get rid of it.  If they get rid of it, though, they're going to have to do something, path to LPR/citizenship, finite deferred action, immediate removal.  The WH isn't ready or able to make a real decision about this.  [/quote]
