Has this been your experience?[/quote] body type is body type. Some women who lift weights will get "thick", some will stay thin/leaner looking. i had a friend who was very into CF for a while. She was strong but you'd never know it by looking at her because she was still thin and not at all muscular looking. I also have another friend (not crossfit) who lifts a lot and is also very strong, but you'd never know it from looking at her because her arms don't look muscular at all. Most likely because while she is thin her arms are pretty thick and hit the muscles she has. [/quote]
