The only way a student can do that is the following; DCPS school (does not have the activity) and the other DCPS school does DCPCS school (does not have the activity) and the other DCPCS has it A DCPS student is not allowed to play on a DCPCS athletic team A DCPCS student is not allowed to play on a DCPS team This is coming for a DCPS coach and A.D. who have dealt with this issue too many times.
