[/quote] The FCPS boundaries are affected by both the location of the schools and the requirement that all Fairfax City students attend the city-owned/county-operated schools. But for that, some Fairfax City residents would attend Woodson or Oakton, and more county residents would attend Fairfax. [/quote]
