Do you just want him to know you dislike the woman who raised him, or do you also expect him to take sides and speak up on your behalf? Why don't you just put him on notice that the next time your MIL offends you, you plan to let her know yourself. And then do it, unless you are too weak to do so, in which case you should keep your thoughts to yourself. [/quote]
