[/quote] It is first right of refusal to buy the home, they can delay the sale for as much as 6 months and they can sell their right of refusal to someone that could make it take even longer. DC is about to look at legislation that might change this all soon for single family or duplex owners. I have sold a house with a tenant in it and had no problem. They couldn't afford to buy and signed off on it. Unless you have swindlers as tenants you won't have any problem[/quote]
