It's very common in Fairfax county.  There is no accountability for administrators that I can tell.  They have the job for life, no matter how bad they suck at it.  [/quote]

I have worked in an Elementary School in FCPS where an administrator was removed.  I will say, teachers move for a variety of reasons, but a great administrator makes ALL the difference.[/quote]

I am the teacher whose post you were replying to. I have no idea what you're trying to say here. In my experience, when teachers are unhappy, parents often are as well. Also, last time I checked, teachers do not fire their bosses.[/quote]
