So, you really believe that Paul Anka's cousin is able to "channel" an extraterrestrial entity named "Bashar" who talks in a really funny voice about how he doesn't exist in time and other nonsense? Oh, and by the way, you can watch him do it for the low low price of $99! LOL I have some beautiful coastal property in Oklahoma I could sell you.
Right. Because the only reality that is real is the one we perceive with our physical sense. Read "The Science Delusion" by Rupert Sheldrake. Skeptics are questioning but open-minded, while cynics have completely shut out any possibility of possibilities. And it's also clear that you actually didn't listen to the whole interview, because both Darryl and the host discuss that the entity being channeled isn't an "extraterrestrial" in the traditional sense, as in he doesn't exist in the physical world of matter, time and space. They're discussing an astral being, from what Carl Jung calls "the collective unconscious" and what shamanic traditions refer to as "the spirit world". I also don't even get why the money is something to discuss as evidence of "Fraud". Do you not charge money for whatever work you do, assuming you don't live in your mom's basement? As William Stillman said when he was asked shouldn't psychics just do free work: "No. Like you, we have channeled our God-given gifts and talents into a field that intrigues and interests us. And also because we need to eat too. Would you be willing to receive no compensation for your job? Many of us do gratis work as we are able to but, like you, we’re just trying to make a living doing what we know how to do. Please know that most of us set rates that are competitively priced but also fair and reasonable." And really, $99 is actually a "low low price". For someone with his skill level in any other field, $150-$200 per hour would be the reasonable rate.
