While there might be a few lower income folks in the modest 750k bungalows along western and what not I am not sure i would call a neighborhood with that as it's entry price point "lower income". The zip code that both schools reside in has one of the higher median incomes in the entire metro area, there isn't really any poor people in 20816.[/quote]
