If it's real food like a sandwich, and the kid seems poor, then I'd hesitate. I'd want to know more about why they're eating real food st that time. If they'd done it before, then yes, throw it away no matter what. Unless they're diabetic, in which case the nurse needs to get involved and an accommodation reached. [/quote]
