How do I read this? Burroughs Elementary PK3 - 30 matched, and none of those are in-boundary?
Burroughs pk3- 30 matched 7 early action (guaranteed inbound, so those are your inbound kids) 6 with siblings (not inbound) 17 with no preference (so likely Noyes, Langdon, Bunker Hill families) Because there are kids on the waitlist, I'm assuming the four extra seats are held for early stages placements.
Thanks!
I am confused by Langley. It has 28 offered and 32 matched, how could that be? And then still 4 unmatched, yet a significant waitlist. Burroughs makes sense to me, 30+4=34. Can anyone explain? --Truxton Circle mom on the waitlist
Langley is an early action school, meaning any IB who listed it is supposed to be admitted. They anticipated 28, and got 32 IB students. So they don't at the moment have a place for them (remember this is current as of 3/31). At other schools when this has happened, they added an additional Pk3 section and went on to fill it with OOB from the WL.
