I agree that Children's front line can be a nightmare to break through, but in many cases, they really do provide excellent care once you are in. We have been seen in many departments, and with very few exceptions, it has been a good experience. My advice is to make a follow appointment while you are still in the clinic where you are being seen and get direct contact information for the doctor/nurse practitioner you are working with (email (use their secure system), voice mail, administrative assistant, main clinic number, etc.). We do not have experience with neurology, but if anyone reading this needs to deal with other departments at Childrens, yes, the front line is a challenge, but there is good care there in many departments.[/quote]
