It's unlikely the teacher has a "loud ringing" phone and "loud" conversation during every...most...or even quite a few conversations. If that were the case, I'm sure it would've been addressed by now. Most classroom walls seem like paper thin partitions. Other teachers would hear the loud ringing and/or conversations just walking down the halls. Again, your child needs to focus on his education.[/quote]
