FWIW, the MOW cut was in Trump's preliminary budget. It is no where near being passed by congress so no cuts have been taken place. The current budget is the one implemented by Obama. Also, it's more than a stretch to thing that she had anything at all to do with legislation or government at all.

That picture looks excessively touched up. They could have pulled a picture of her 20 years ago and there would be more crows feet than what you see here.[/quote]
