I literally just decided not to bother losing the last 5 lbs. I just read this article about yo yo dieting when you are already a healthy BMI, and it really hit home: https://www.washingtonpost.com/lifestyle/wellness/yo-yo-dieting-isnt-just-counterproductive--it-could-put-you-at-risk/2017/03/27/329ecd90-0d9e-11e7-ab07-07d9f521f6b5_story.html?utm_term=.8548ea13b8aa It's more important to think about healthy habits than to restrict food when you don't need to lose weight, because restricting food can end up backfiring on you.
Not questioning your decision, but restricting food is very different than cutting out cookies, biscotti, muffins, pancakes, etc.
Cutting out "all refined carbs" (sounds like what you are saying) definitely is restriction. If you can lose 5lbs easily by cutting out a muffin a week, sure go for it. But creating a calorie deficit to lose 5 lbs when you are already a normal BMI is likely going to take more than that.
