Most of the missing are found. Everyone remembers Relisha Rudd. Public perception of the lives of urban youth is that their home, and frequently school, lives are unstable. So people don't take "missing" to mean abducted, but that their whereabouts are temporarily unknown to the person who reported them missing. [/quote]
