Also curious as my youngest was on that field trip and I've always found that the after school program is over staffed.

I posted about the field trip. I meant to be snarky but I didn't mean to worry any parents. Had I seen anything truly dangerous, I would have done something. The open-area playground and aquarium were overrun with kids and by my count (yes, I counted as I was curious because it didn't seem like there were enough adults) there seemed to be 2 adults/20 kids.  That would not be acceptable to me (and it's a much worse adult/kid ratio than I've seen at my own kids' elementary) but might be fine for others.  I saw staff talking with each other and being impatient but nothing abusive. [/quote]
