If she was scared to even report the crime, then they never would have been arrested in the first place. It's pretty common sense, and it's actually the main reason that many local police departments don't like to mix immigration and local policing. It's just not possible, in a city, to have one class of people entirely underground, and to keep everyone safe. [/quote]
