have you had any fertility treatments in the past two years? is this two years of no BFPs with timed intercourse or have you done several IUIs/IVFs? your response to IVF may help determine whether you are DOR or not. Also at 38 your age is likely playing a role. When I went throguh IVF several years ago not all REs believed in immune issues. Personally, I think that suggesting something where the science is as shaky as immune issues to someone over age 35 as a first diagnosis seems a bit odd given that age is more likely to be the reason. Don't they say in med school "when you hear hoofbeats think horses not zebras"
OP here. This is 2 years of TI plus 3 IUIs with Gonal. So 24 cycles of TTC. In my IUIs I only ever made 2 eggs with 375 Gonal which my RE said was okay but not great. So my response to stims may not be great with IVF. No RE suggested immune issues to me--I came to the conclusion on my own through his board that thi moght be my problem and went to see Dr. Abassi to get tested before starting my first IVF. And I'm very glad I did because IVF would have failed too.
that doesn't sound good. i had similar numbers and it was consider bad.
