I like taking family vacations but I think our family can get as much happiness going on an east coast beach vacation in the summer as going to a ritzy resort. We have 3 kids and a modest 4 bdrm house - that is enough room.  I don't think having a larger house would add to my happiness.

I know people make more than us, but I also think people spend more than us. We save for retirement and college. When you have a job you can choose how to spend your money and I feel happy with our choices. Good luck to you. [/quote]
