I'm not knocking the accomplishment, I think it's great and I hope that they all attend. There is nothing wrong with state schools.[/quote] All of these students would be Out of State for a "State School". They are all DC residents. I could not imagine what a 1 on a PARCC would get a student on the SAT. [/quote]
