Thanks, we do plan to visit. I was told that many of the old casinos are gone in favor of newer ones located away from the main strip of downtown. However, I took that to mean torn down or re-purposed, not boarded up. One of my biggest concerns is the size of the town being rather small and the schools look pretty mediocre at best and private options are few. Do you have any idea about the private schools in the area? To your point, it looks like housing would be more int he areas you mentioned with a commute in. Appreciate the info.[/quote]
