BluPrint has already been there for awhile. They have already signed a lease and invested in the property to get it up and running. Do you expect them to fire all of their employees and disappear in the middle of the night? They aren't "choosing to share space". In all likelihood, they are horrified and are fearful of how this could affect their business.[/quote]
