For my Secret clearance as a contractor I was not interviewed but that was pre-9/11 and I have heard that is no longer the norm. 10 years later when I got a public trust clearance for a Federal job I was also not interviewed. When it was time to renew my public trust I just happened to also be going on a detail to another Agency for a year, that time they did finally interview me. [/quote]
