8:00- pack everyone into double stroller (including toddler wearing winter fleece pajamas). Take dog for a walk. Still have not brushed my teeth (but did manage to throw a bra and a clean tshirt on). 
8:40- Return home holding leash, pushing stroller and carrying toddler in winter pjs because he refused to ride anymore in stroller.
8:45- Change toddler's poopy diaper. Attempt to change outfit. No dice.
9:00- put baby down for nap. 
9:05. Play with toddler to include- marching around the backyard with drums; playing hide and seek; playing homemade blues clues, coloring, fingerpainting, playing racecars and choo choo trains.
9:15 Desperately try to come up with another activity for toddler since he loses interest in everything in about 90 seconds.
10:30- Baby's up! Pack diaper bag and lunch. Go out somewhere, anywhere- usually playground, pool, or friend's house for playdate.
11-1:00- outing
1:15- snack
1:30- toddler nap, play with baby
2:00- pl
