Nope, it is lame. It requires low levels of athleticism, and is for kids who couldn't cut it in any other sport. To slow for track, to short for basketball, lousy at LAX.

Another a*shole parent I see. Maybe, just maybe, some kids actually like the game and choose to play it because they enjoy it. Have you ever watched a competitive field hockey game? I've been to tournaments all over the U.S. for field hockey, and some of the club level teams are no joke. "Too" slow for lax you say? Many of the girls at my kids' HS play field hockey in the fall and LAX in the spring.  That's why there are options my friend. Basketball and LAX aren't the only HS sports you know...[/quote]
