I like everything built in but my family is old school (doesn't use the dishwasher) so they have a damn dishdryer rack thing sitting on the end next to the sink which makes it look cluttered. Otherwise I think it is a nice layout- for 20 or so people even. You can hang out at the command center washing dishes and talking to everyone seated there and at the kitchen table and dining tables beyond and it looks toward the ocean view and the wildlife. Make sure the view is nice![/quote]
