Women's looks are so much more important in the workplace. And more attractive women get more offers and generally have an easier time getting employed. It's not fair; it's not right; but it is true. So, if the nose job made a significant improvement in her looks, in some ways, I might consider it to be an effort to improve her chances of becoming employed again in the near future.[/quote]
