It's such a dumb show. The camera films 10 seconds of Tarek grouting the shower and acts like he did a lot of work when in reality he did it only for show and the camera and Izzy and his crew doing it all. He always acts surprised to find water damage or wood rot or need new subflooring or new plumbing on foreclosed/abandoned houses. Um, really dude?

They've always had an investor (s).  Not many people have hundreds of thousands of dollars of cash sitting around to buy these houses.[/quote]
