What I'm struggling with now is how to distinguish between a problem that can be addressed by repetition and focus, and when it's time to acknowledge that the normal strategies aren't working and the problem is bigger than we originally thought.  I appreciate all of the advice, and I suspect things could end up swinging in either direction for us.  [/quote]
