Two more 3d Girls teams tryouts at NoVa field house. The one last night was pretty well attended. Closer drive than most other programs if from DC or NoVa. Not as well established as Skywalkers, but good coaching and teams should be well put together for the middle school grades. I hope they consider doing multiple teams per grade instead of cutting it down to one. I think girls club has a better chance to grow locally with more options for girls to play more than just spring rec before high school. Skywalkers does have a lot of parental influence and political stuff going on that can be very off putting, especially for the Virginia outsiders going up to their program. [/quote]
