What is really funny is the the RootedinOakton website claims that sending them to KAA will separate them from their peers?  Aren't their peers at Carson?  What other Oakton kids go to Crossfield?

YES this is the primary reason I want my kids to go to Western. My 8th grader has made good friends at Carson. I want her to be able to go to high school with them. If she chooses to go to Western, and the PTO Presidents have their way, whatever, I'll drive my kid. We'll find a way. I'm so tired of this lady and her stupid power trip and thinking SHE is in charge. Get over yourself mommy.[/quote]
