Thanks! My kid is dreaming big and I am encouraging her. The women's landscape is changing bigly right now and the status quo of what's produced success for the US women appears to be shifting as other countries are catching up and outplaying them. She can try to be part of the change and try to get there with the development she is interested in or sit and watch others .. She has chosen to be part of the change and will give it her all. As a whole, we haven't really given women the resources they deserve, it's about time.  [/quote]
