Anyone else want to guess? Playing half your games on a considerably smaller field than a football one changes how you play. It makes the ride easier and doesn't require the same amount of stamina. And since your star middies like to play attack only when they get tired, playing on a 120-yard field, like Notre Dame plays on, puts you at a disadvantage.
