These are not precision strikes: From the WaPo "Israel probably employed U.S.-made 2,000-pound munitions in its strike that killed Hezbollah leader Hasan Nasrallah, according to a review of visuals released by the Israel Defense Forces. Analysts who examined videos of the strike and its aftermath at The Washington Post’s request said the damage was consistent with the use of multiple 2,000-pound bombs." The current issue is not about Israel's right of existence, it's about the right of Palestinians and Lebanese people to live. On 10/8 Israel could have chosen to fortify its defenses while examining the root of why Hamas held so much anger, working cooperatively with its neighbors to develop a plan for long term peace. Instead, Israel chose the path of vengeance and war. Maybe that makes Israelis feel better, but I think it created - and is still creating - much more hatred. Hatred will lead to more terrorism both in Israel as well as in the US.
Nasrallah was the Shiite equivalent of Bin Laden, who was widely liquidated on the order of President Obama. Israel has done the world a tremendous service in taking out Nasrallah; thanks goes to them. Everyone everywhere should be celebrating this wonderful news and handing out sweets.
Calling Nasrallah a terrorist is like calling David Duke a terrorist. He’s a terrorist in name only but he never left his basement. He just made videos saying Israel needs to be destroyed but he didn’t actually kill anybody himself nor was Hezbollah a major threat to Israel whatsoever. Israel’s just afraid of their ground game because Hezbollah beat ISIS. They want to defeat them via far away tactics like beeper explosions because last year Israel got ran off the field in 48 hours when they entered Lebanon. Israel funded ISIS over and over again and they kept coming back intermittently in Syria and each time Hezbollah among others like Russia, Syrian army, and under Trump even the U.S. beat them. Israel won’t admit they funded ISIS against the US and the Us and Hezbollah and Russia were fighting on the same side back during the Trump administration. Curiously, once the Israeli proxy was subdued, the Syrian war ended and people were able to re migrate back from Europe and the Us back to Syria. What a surprise
This response is full of dangerous misinformation and distortions. Comparing Nasrallah, the leader of Hezbollah, to David Duke is a false equivalence. While David Duke is a white supremacist with abhorrent views, Nasrallah is the leader of a group that has actively engaged in violent conflict, responsible for the deaths of many civilians through terrorist activities. Hezbollah has been involved in numerous attacks against Israeli civilians and military personnel, including rocket strikes, suicide bombings, and kidnappings. This is why Hezbollah is classified as a terrorist organization by not just Israel but also the U.S., the European Union, and many other countries. The claim that Israel funded ISIS is an outright lie. There is no credible evidence to support this conspiracy theory. On the contrary, Israel has consistently fought against ISIS and other extremist groups in the region. The war in Syria was complex, involving multiple actors with shifting alliances, but the idea that Israel was aligned with ISIS is pure fabrication. Hezbollah is indeed a significant threat to Israel, as evidenced by their involvement in multiple wars, including the 2006 Lebanon War, where Hezbollah’s rocket attacks terrorized northern Israel. Hezbollah is also backed by Iran and has a military arsenal far beyond what a simple "ground game" would suggest. Accusing Israel of funding ISIS or claiming that Hezbollah was simply fighting ISIS alongside the U.S. during Trump’s administration is a twisting of history. Hezbollah’s involvement in Syria was largely to support the Assad regime, and while there was temporary overlap in fighting ISIS, Hezbollah’s long-term goals have always been aligned with Iran's strategy of regional dominance, which includes threats against Israel. It’s important to base opinions on factual evidence, not anti-Semitic conspiracy theories. The truth is, both Hezbollah and ISIS are dangerous organizations, and Israel’s defense against these threats is rooted in protecting its people from real and persistent terrorist attacks.
Oh, FFS, is there actually a radical, extremist Zionist AI service now???
