And I wouldn't be too surprised if the lawsuit is all talk and won't actually be filed. Wood may not have as great of a case as he thinks. There are different liable/slander standards for public figures, and, by choosing to appear on the Dr. Phil show, Burke starts to look more like one. Also, since truth is a defense in a slander case, the Ramseys could be compelled to turn over all sorts of records and information that they've worked for decades to conceal. [/quote]
