Doesnt it make it right but I am not sure they are as dubious as you think. Most of these organizations are weak when it comes to admin so information is often not current and inaccurate.[/quote]

In this particular case - it seems purposefully deceptive.  This is a club that is struggling to get up and running and the bio of their former ED gives them a credibility that they no longer have which they are still using in order to recruit players and give an aura of legitimacy that doesn't actually exist.  It's shady at best and utterly fraudulent at worst.[/quote]
