They are obviously trying to split up the cluster of poverty feeding to Kennedy by busing Kennedy students all the way over to Woodward and Farmland students all the way over to Kennedy. It would be more helpful to split that up among schools that are closer — Rockville, Sherwood, Magruder etc.[/quote]
