This tracks with our experience. Consistently terrible communication, last minute decisions, and a general sense of confusion. Things seemed adhoc and disorganized and poorly communicated. Maybe too many cooks in the kitchen, or maybe just flying by the seat of their pants. Unclear but whatever it is we decided we couldn’t deal with it.

With our new club we’ve had practice details since late July and communicate regularly with the coach. [/quote]
