She is not being accused of murdering him. 
She is being accused of improperly hiring him and benefiting from his employment. 
And, evidently one judge sees merit to the accusations at this point.  
Defend her all you want.  If the accusations are true, she could be fighting her own RICO case.  [/quote]

What judge sees merit?  He's holding a hearing.  That's what happens when a party files a motion.  It doesn't mean anything about merit one way or the other.  You are nuts if you think she's going to get criminally charged over a workplace affair.[/quote]
